Replacement of Cleaner: RNV reserves the right to substitute the assigned cleaner if necessary. While we strive to maintain consistency, circumstances such as illness or scheduling conflicts may require us to assign a different cleaner to your service.
Communication with RNV: The customer agrees to direct all communication, requests, complaints, etc., directly to RNV CLEANING SERVICES and not to the assigned cleaner. This ensures efficient resolution and effective management of all customer-related matters.
Security of Information: We take appropriate measures to safeguard the personal information we collect, employing physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of data.
